Topic: Unchanging God [Teens Open Heavens 11 October 2018]

Memorise: And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. Hebrews 1:12 Read: Hebrews 1:8-12 (KJV) Bible In One Year: Isaiah 45-47, Colossians 3 MESSAGE: In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed until His sweat became as thick as blood, but God did not change His mind about granting Jesus His prayer request. God cannot change even in the slightest degree; Hebrews 13:8 says He retains His essence in spite of fleeting moments, situations and circumstances. Before, during and after prayer, God remains God. Nothing changes God. Your request does not add to or subtract from Him. Your prayer does not strip Him of His dress. What He wore before creating the world is still what He has on at this moment. God is eternally God. He will always be enthroned. Why don’t you genuinely hand over your life to this Unchanging God? He is ever faithful. He is merciful, and His promises are forever! Key Point: Stick with God, He never fails. Also Read: Teen Open Heaven Daily Devotional by Pastor Adeboye Hymn 12 1.
