Memorise: He dissapointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise. Job 5:12

Read: Job 5:12-16 (KJV)

12 He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.

13 He taketh the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the froward is carried headlong.

14 They meet with darkness in the daytime, and grope in the noonday as in the night.

15 But he saveth the poor from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty.

16 So the poor hath hope, and iniquity stoppeth her mouth.

Bible In One Year: Job 7-9, Acts 7:44-60

MESSAGE:

Jesus is the Alpha. This means He is the Beginning. Being the Beginning, He has control over every new thing. He watches the heart and discussions of men and spirits to know if there is any plan against His children. Whenever the wicked is gathered, He is present. He knows their thought and plans and frustrates them on behalf of His children.

Knowing the Beginning insures you against new disappointments, attacks, diseases, failures and death. Why? The Beginning will make sure that they do not start. New things can only start when the Beginning allows them to. Just walk in obedience to Him. Love Him with all your heart and worship Him. Your mint package is on the way.

Prayer Point: Father, dissapointed every fresh plans of the enemies against my life, family and destiny.

Hymn 10:

1. What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Ev’rything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit,
O what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Ev’rything to God in prayer!

2. Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged;
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
Can we find a Friend so faithful
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our ev’ry weakness,
Take it to the Lord in prayer!

3. Are we weak and heavy laden,
Cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Saviour, still our refuge,
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In His arms He’ll take and shield You;
You wilt find a solace there.
