Topic: Fall At The Master’s Feet [TREM 14 October 2018 Daily Devotional]
“And behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name, and when he saw him, he fell at His feet”.
Mark 5:22
The Bible is full of stories of people whose lives changed at the feet of the Master. Jairus, and the syrophoenician woman whose daughters were sick unto death both fell at His feet. And Jesus helped them. Our God knows how to bring you out. Don’t ever write yourself off. You are a candidate for an eleventh-hour miracle. God still knows how to fight your battles. He knows how to shut the mouth of the enemy and to silence the voice of the wicked. You will not be disappointed.
Jeremiah 50:34, says “Their Redeemer is strong; the Lord of hosts is his name: he shall thoroughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the land, and disquiet the
inhabitants of Babylon.”
Babylon is like your enemies and God is going to silence them. Whatever pending issues threatening your life and destiny shall be silenced by your Redeemer. You will carry your baby in your hands. Those who said you will not wed shall see you wed in church. Those who said you will trek till you die shall see you drive your car. Those who said, let us see how he will become something shall see you become something.
You can’t come before God and go back in shame. You can’t bow before God and bow down before men. No! Altars of the wicked will not have effect in your life. Whatever altar they are calling your name in order to make you see shame, let such altar catch fire. When a letter is sent to you and it is not your letter, we always say to the postman return to sender. Sickness is not your name. Barrenness, miscarriage, untimely death, unemployment, disappointment, and fear are not your name. So I command them to go back from where they are coming. Only good news will come from your camp.
