TOPIC: The Effectual Communication Of Your Faith (TREM Devotional 16 December 2025)
“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” — Philemon 1:6 (KJV)
MESSAGE
Beloved, your faith becomes effectual and productive when you acknowledge all the good things God has placed in you in Christ Jesus. The power of your faith is activated not by focusing on lack or circumstances, but by recognizing and declaring the blessings, authority, and victory already deposited within you. Do not give attention to the negative; give attention to what is already yours in Christ.
Ask yourself: what has God placed in you? What gifts, promises, and authority are already yours? Acknowledge them daily. Declare, “This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it.” Remember, God’s covenant is everlasting, and He is committed to doing good for His children. “I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good.” (Jeremiah 32:40)
Speak life into your circumstances by acknowledging the good things. Declare that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Declare that you are blessed going out and blessed coming in, walking in divine favor and authority.
Make this acknowledgment a lifestyle—speak it to yourself, your family, and those around you. Even when challenges arise, refuse to acknowledge the negative; only recognize the good God has placed in you. God will bring every promise to pass, and you will not be stranded or defeated.
