“For we did not receive the spirit of this world system but the Spirit of God so that we might come to understand and experience all that grace has lavished upon us.” 1Corinthians 2:12 (TPT)

In the book of John from chapter 13, during the feast of the Passover, Jesus was engaged in a discussion with His disciples about His journey to the cross and all that will transpire as He headed to the cross.

In the book of John 16:7, Jesus said something very profound to His disciples. He told them: “…I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him to unto you” (KJV). This makes the importance of the Holy Spirit very clear to us. The Holy Spirit is the Game Changer, and He came into our lives the moment we made Jesus the Lord of our lives.

The assignment of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer is to help the believer, teach the believer, guide the believer and much more. John 14:26 says “But the Helper will teach you everything and cause you to remember all that I told you. This Helper is the Holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name.” (ERV) John 16:13 says “But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will lead you into all truth. He will not speak his own words. He will speak only what he hears and will tell you what will happen in the future.” (ERV)

In order for us to truly enjoy the work of the Game Changer in our lives, we must engage Him by praying in tongues daily. Praying in tongues is the language of the Spirit. The scripture says He will guide us into ALL truth. Which means there is absolutely nothing you cannot engage the Holy Spirit about. You can engage the Holy Spirit about your family, your career, your business, your marriage and your children. Beloved the Holy Spirit is there to help you. He will also tell you about the future so you can stay ahead of the curve.
