Angry that his protege Lil Kesh lost the most coveted NEXT Rated award to Mavin record’s Reekado Banks, Nigerian rapper and YBNL boss Olamide Saturday morning took the microphone and angrily lashed out.
While Adekunle Gold was on stage to grab his award for ‘best Alternative’ song, Olamide got on stage, took the mic from him and said: “Let’s be honest this award belongs to Lil Kesh… Fuck that sh*t, every single was a f*cking hit. Koni da fun anybody (It shall not be well with anybody)”.
The singer expressed his anger, threw the microphone on the floor and gave the middle finger as he stormed off the stage.
