Topic: What Shall He Not Give Us?

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32. Read: James 4:1-8

Even though God Almighty knows our heart desires, He still wants us to ask Him. Asking is one of the ways to receive from God. Bible says, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for everyone that asketh receiveth”. Matt 7:7-8. A close mouth is a close destiny. Though God knew that blind bartimaeus needed sight restoration, yet,” Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight”. Mk 10:50.

God can give us all things we desire if we can sincerely ask Him since He couldn’t withhold His only begotten Son from dying for us. If God can give us all things, why are we not having what we ask Him? James answered  this question. He said, some people do not receive because they think by coveting, killing, fighting and wailing, they’re asking. Instead of them to ask properly, they do the above, and even when they ask, they do it wrongly. If you can ask genuinely, you will receive instantly for Jesus said, “Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full”. Jn 16:24. Dare to ask God?

* Father, I come in humility and ask sincerely for my blessings, promotions, children, divine healing and freedom in Jesus Name.
