Topic: Covenant Packages: Mind of God [1/4/2014]
Text: 1 Corinthians 2:16
Another package that is unwrapped for our use in the new covenant God established with us is the mind of God. The mind of God compromises the wisdom, knowledge, understand and insight that God has. These are given to us as we come into union with God. Before Christ came, people of old only had a glimpse experience of the mind of God, and it was mostly through the prophets and kings.
But now, it is a new story because of a new covenant. We all in Christ are exposed to the mind of God. We have it within us. The wisdom, knowledge, understand and insight of God is in us in abundance. That is why we can think, talk and act like Him. That is why we can know and understand the things of God. God knows all things because of the mind He has, so also we are exposed to all knowledge because of this same mind we have (1John 2:20&27).
This is an amazing truth. You have the mind of God. Nothing is beyond your comprehension. You operate in a higher wisdom that the world cannot come into. And this distinguishes you from the world. Your mind is powered and configured just like God’s. There is no difference, I repeat, there is no difference between your mind and that of God. They are one and the same. Hallelujah!!!

Dear Father, thank You for giving me Your very mind which exposes me to Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding and insight. I think, talk and act like You always because I have Your mind, in Jesus name. Amen.
