Topic: The Faith of God [6/4/2016]
Text: Mark 11:22-24
Everyone in the world live by faith. Faith is a conviction and trust in a particular thing. The Atheist have a conviction and trust that God does not exist. And based on some set of theories and findings, they defend their faith. The traditionalist’s conviction and trust is on his gods, represented by the idol he worships. Of course the Buddhist have total trust and conviction on Buddha, so also the Moslem, prophet Muhammed. Even the non-religious have faith in themselves and their ability.
But for the Christian, the faith of God is imparted on us, first at conversion, then subsequently as we grow. God is a faith God. He does everything by faith, because faith is what God operates with. Without faith, God will do nothing (Hebrews 11:3). So because we are now His sons/daughter, because we are now gods, we can do nothing apart from the faith of God.
God is just, and He has made us just and the just (God and us) lives only by faith (Romans 1:17). No wonder Apostle Paul said “…the life I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God…” (Galatians 2:20). We all now live by the faith of God. And with it, we can get anything done. It is only the faith of God that does the impossible, all other faith earlier mentioned can never do the impossible. Glory to God, for we have the faith of God.

Prayer:
Dear Father, thank You for giving me of Your very faith, the faith that does the impossible. I put my faith to work as a god, and I get things done. I hit new heights, winning victories always in Jesus name. Amen.
