One of the blessings of being a part of God’s family is that you have physical outlets, people like you, you can share issues bothering you with that are not only genuinely concern about you, but wants to see you stand firm in the Lord. But most of us hardly make use of this privilege, rather we keep wallowing in the mess that we are in.
Scriptures says “confess your faults one to another and pray for one another that ye might be healed” (James 5:16). The saying “a problem shared is half solved” still hold sway in this 21st century. And when you confess your faults (your slip ups, your false steps, offenses and sins) to someone, you’ve got a partner that will pray with you so you can be healed (restored to a spiritual tone of mind).
Although, not everyone can be that outlet, your pastor in your local church fits the bill. That’s one of the reasons they are there. If you can’t get assess to your pastor, find a brother or sister you can trust. Remember, the main reason for the confession is for you to be restored and nothing else. God wants to restore you and that is why He provided these physical outlets for your advantage.

Take conscious steps to address all slip ups, false steps, offenses and sins. Make use of the physical outlets God provided for you today and be restored to a spiritual tone of mind, in Jesus name. Amen.
