…for God is love. 1 John 4:8
God is a God of Justice, He is fair and very excited about the triumph of truth. Jesus said He is the Truth (John 14:6), and when truth wins, when justice wins, when fairness wins, love wins. What is truth to us? God’s word. What is injustice to us? The manifestation of the works of Satan. Love always want truth to triumph. That is, Love always want the truth of God’s word to triumph over the injustice of the manifestation of Satan in our lives.
Scriptures say “for this purpose was Jesus – Love – manifested, to destroy the works of Satan” (1 John. 3:8). The manifestation of God’s word in our life brings glory to God, and it causes Him to rejoice. God cannot rejoice over injustice, because it doesn’t suit His purpose. But He rejoices when His word – truth – triumphs (1 Corinthians 13:6). No wonder scriptures says that God will hasten His word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12).
Love hates injustice. So also does God. When God sees that His children are victims of injustice, He always come to their rescue. He did it for Daniel (Daniel 6). He did it for Mordecai (Esther 6). He did it for Peter and John (Acts 3&4). God will not allow injustice to befall you. Truth and justice will always triumph in your life. And justice for you will be the experiential manifestation of God’s word in your life. God rejoices in truth, justice and fairness, and He makes sure He perform these to us. Be like God.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank You for Your love that rejoices in justice, fairness and truth. Your love performs these in my life. I am the physical manifestation of Your word. And by the working of Your Spirit in and through me, I perpetuate justice, fairness and truth always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
