Winning Wisdom: It Starts In You

Text: Romans 10:9-10

Every miracle we encounter in our lives is as a result of a change in mind and perception, which ultimately leads to faith inspired actions that bring our miracles. The man who needs salvation must first believe in His heart that Jesus have paid the price for his salvation, before he takes the action of confessing with his mouth, the Lord Jesus as His Saviour. For the man who needs healing, he must first believe in his heart that his healing has been completed in Jesus, and then go ahead to receive his healing.

The Word of God facilitates this process. That is why it is preached. The miracle process starts first from within our heart. One of the most important things God wants to achieve in our lives is to change us from within. He does not want to do the miraculous in our lives without changing us from within. We will only end up loosing the miracle. But God wants His works in our lives to last forever (John 10:10). That is why He starts the miracle process from within us – our heart – first.

In Acts 14:7-10, When Apostle Paul was preaching in Lystra, a man impotent in his feet heard him. When Paul saw him, Paul perceived that he had faith to be healed. The man’s mindset was changed from a man who was impotent in his feet to a man who can use his feet, through the preaching of Paul. His disposition and actions showed it, that when Paul said to him, “stand upright on thy feet…he leaped and walked.” (Acts 14:10). He did not hesitate because from within him, he was healed. Your miracle starts from within. Once it is done within you, it is done forever.
Keep winning daily.

My heart is transformed by God’s Word. I believe in my heart all that God has provided for me, and I receive them all. My God has supplied all my needs by Christ Jesus, according to His riches in glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
