1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4
Like in yesterday’s devotional, the victory Jesus Christ won was solely for you and I. God loves you so much that if you were the only person on earth Jesus would still have come to give you victory over Satan. The victory over Satan was won for the whole world – if they believe. Every single soul that believes is a recipient of the victory over Satan. But the blessedness of Christ’s victory is for the faithful. Your faith in Jesus is what qualifies you to enjoy the victory over Satan.
Even though the victory is won for man, until man puts faith in Jesus, he will continue to live a defeated life. “For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith. WHO IS IT THAT IS VICTORIOUS OVER [THAT CONQUERS] THE WORLD BUT HE WHO BELIEVES THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD…” (1 John 5:4-5 AMP) As long as your faith is on Jesus, you will always live in the victory He has won for you.
So, the victory has been made available to everyone on earth but only those whose faith is on Jesus Christ are victors. That is why we need to spread this news to all men. It’s a goodnews that we can’t keep away from them. Those who have not yet qualified for the victory need not live in defeat any longer. They don’t have to live under the domination of satan anymore. Victory over Satan is available to them. They only just need to put their faith in Jesus. He that loves them wants to make them more than conquerors (Roman 8:37). Let’s get this goodnews out and get more people to enjoy the victory that we have.

Dear Lord, thank You for the victory I have. For he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God is qualified for the victory over Satan. I believe in Jesus and I am victorious. I will spread the good news of the victory over Satan You have won for man, and more people will live in the light of this victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
