Open Heaven 2026 Prayer Points for Today:
- Father, thank You for giving me a body to carry the spirit and the soul. Thank You for creating time to work and a time to rest from all works.
Today’s Open Heaven: Open Heaven 9 May 2026
- Father, thank You for the strength to work; please help me to rest adequately when my body needs rest, so I can live to eat the fruits of my labour, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me not to over-labour myself, rather than trusting in my own strength, help me to put my trust in You for greater harvest in all my works, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please grant me divine wisdom in my work so that I can achieve great results without having to wear myself out, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to effectively manage my body well, so that I will not fall into exhaustion that may cut my life short from fulfilling Your purpose, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to rest every now and then so I can last in the assignment You have given to me, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to rest as at when due so I won’t die before my time. Grant me good health and long life to enjoy Your blessings for me, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, I want to keep running the race You have set before me and to finish well and strong, please help me not to ignore the need to regularly rest and relax my body, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help all Your children to learn to rest and relax their body so they can keep running the race set before them, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please may my body not fail me when the reward of my work will come for lack of adequate rest, and if there is any part of my body that is not functioning well as a result of over-usage, please let there be restoration, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please help me to enjoy good rest from all my works in life, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, thank You for the life of Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye. Please, help him to stay healthy physically and spiritually, so he can enjoy the reward of rest, in Jesus’ name. Bless his children (biological and spiritual). Help him to continue to produce sons and daughters to Your glory, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, bless Your son that You have been using to prepare these prayer points beyond measure, and all those who have been rebroadcasting them, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, please let every challenge, hindrance and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on daily basis be removed, in Jesus’ name.
- Your Personal petitions.

Special Note:
These prayer points were not written by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, but by one of his numerous disciples, for Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, about 7 years ago, (effective January 1st, 2015), to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional, authored by Pastor E.
