If you don’t follow well you’ll never lead well.
Followership is the springboard to leadership.
You will become an effective leader only as you are found to be a committed follower.

Your followership will be respected just to the proportion of your regard for and commitment to your leader.
Strictly adhere to the dictates of your leaders.
Blow the trumpet as dictated by your leader.
If you excitedly do what your leaders do, you’ll certainly see what they see.
