It was a house to inspire awe and reverence of the almighty God. Today, the best edifice you can build for God is your life – spirit, soul and body – which is “the temple of the living God”. Your heart must be free of sin, your body must be holy and righteous. Your whole life must, at all times, be presented to God as a living sacrifice. You must be pure in thought and action.

The best part is that God has made all the necessary provisions for this character to be attained in your life through our Lord Jesus Christ. All you need to do is to come to Him, abandon your old ways and accept the new life He gives.
