Topic: Discover Yourself And Impact Your World. Pt One
A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men. Proverbs 18:16. Read: Matthew 25:14-30
Oftentimes, man is thrown into bewilderment when an extraordinary thing is done by an ordinary man. We exclaim and say things like, Wow, this is great. He/she is a genius! How did he/she did it? I wish I can be like him/her. Sometimes, one tend to think it’s magical. Hey, not everything are magical and you can never be like anyone else because becoming like another person than yourself is too strenuous; you have to bend from your own way to fit into theirs. Everyone is gifted and unique in a special way, but to manifest that uniqueness is to discover what you are created to be on earth. One of the greatest pursuit should be that of discovering your gift, developing and maximizing it to serve God – the giver and humanity. God has wired us for a life of exploit, but, just as a king cannot reign without Authority and Crown, so also we cannot impact our world without first discovering ourselves in God. Note this, you cannot discover yourself until you first discover God your Maker, because everything about you is with Him. Jer. 29:11. Daniel 11:32 tells us that only the people that know their God will be strong and do exploit. Jesus said, when you discover God and His kingdom, not only will you impact your world, everything else will be added unto you. Matt 6:33
* Discovery yourself and making impact lies in discovering God. Go after Him now
