Memorise: If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. 2 Timothy 2:21

READ: 1 Samuel 3:1-10

1 And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision.

2 And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see;

3 And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep;

4 That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I.

5 And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down.

6 And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again.

7 Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him.

8 And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.

9 Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

10 And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.

MESSAGE:

Today’s discussion is only on teenagers who want God to use them. If you are not interested in being used by God, you can close it and come back tomorrow.

When I became born again, I desperately wanted to be used by God. I didn’t want to be an ordinary Christian. I wanted to be able to heal the sick, raise the dead and do all manner of miracles. My father in-the-Lord, Pa Josiah Akindayomi of blessed memory, emphasized to me that holiness is the master key that qualifies one for God’s use as show in 2 Timothy 2:21.

Do you want perform miracles? Do you want God to use you to heal the blind and make the lame work? Do you want to be used to win thousands of souls to the kingdom of God? Purge yourself of any iniquity, live a holy life and God will begin to use you mightily.

Prayer Point:
The people God uses are not more special than you. All you have to do is live holy and be available to Him.

Hymn 7:

1.Take my life and let it be
Consecrated Lord to thee
Take my moment and days
Let them flow in ceaseless praise.

2.Take my hands and let them move
At the impulse of thy love
Take my feet and let them be
Swift and beautiful for thee

3.Take my voice and let me sing
Always only for my king
Take my lips and let them be
Filled with messages from thee.

4.Take my silver and my gold
Not a mite would I withhold
Take my intellect, and use
Every power as thou shalt choose.

5.Take my will and make it Thine,
It shall no longer be mine:
Take my heart, it is Thine own;
It shall be Thy royal throne,

6.Take my love, my Lord, I pour
At They feet its treasure store;
Take myself, and I will be
Ever, only, all for thee
