BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: 1 Chronicles 18-20
FIRE SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 28:15-18 (KJV)
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

EVERY NEGATIVE COVENANT AFFECTING YOUR DESTINY SHALL BE CANCELLED.
The MESSAGE:
Today, we shall learn how to deal with negative covenants. By virtue of our ancestral foundations, most of us are standing on very delicate foundations. A lot of people have been given as promissory notes to evil spirits by their own people without their knowledge. Once that has been done, the covenant remains binding.

I knew a sister who always took ill whenever her school certificate examinations were around the corner. She wouldn’t take ill, until it was one week to the all-important school certificate examinations. The ugly situation continued for a long time. When the situation defied all solutions, her mother consulted an oracle in her village. The oracle revealed that the sister was having problems because a particular river was hungry. The oracle reportedly asked the sister’s mother to buy a bag of rice, a bag of beans, a basket of tomatoes and dump them inside the river. The mother obeyed the oracle, she went and bought the items and dumped them inside the hungry river. By the next examination, the sister passed in flying colours and they all rejoiced greatly in her family.
Meanwhile, the demon of the river kept quiet until the girl had completed her law degree in the university, got married and had her first child. Then the river demon came and reminded her that he was the foundation of her success. He then insisted that she must be worshipping him. The girl promptly told the demon that she was already a born-again Christian. The demon them asked her if she didn’t know that she was a born-again Christian when her mother approached him for help. There and then, the devil started working against her. This was the second phase of the ordeal. One day, her husband just came home and brought another woman into the house and gave her a room in the flat. He then warned her that if she made any trouble in the house about the new development, she would be sent packing. When all pleas from the woman fell on deaf ears, she decided to seek divine intervention from God. As soon as a minister of God prayed for her, the Lord revealed that she had made a covenant with a demon which must be broken immediately. She prayed very aggressively and the covenant got broken.
All covenants coming from the pit of hell must break. Evil agreements affecting your destiny must die.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- Every dreaming-serpent, go back to your sender, in the name of Jesus.
- Every serpent working in the root of my life, die, in the name of Jesus.
- You serpent and scorpion of darkness, delegated against my victory, die, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- I smash and scatter the heads of serpentine spirits, in the name of Jesus.
- I break every covenant with the spirit of the python, in the name of Jesus.
- Every serpent attached to my life, be roasted by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Every attraction of the serpent spirit to my life, be washed off by the blood of Jesus.
