THE GOD OF HEAVENS WHO IS THE GOD OF THE WHOLE EARTH, SHALL TAKE CONTROL OF YOU.
The MESSAGE:
I have good news for you. Today’s devotional hour can be likened to Calvary where burdens are lifted. Jesus has declared, that it is finished. You need not to struggle to carry your burdens.

A woman was coming from the farm with a big load on her head; and suddenly, someone drove past in a jeep and she called out: “My son, my son, give an old woman a lift.” The driver stopped and said: “Mama, come inside” and she entered. After the brother had covered some distance, he looked back and discovered that the old woman still had her load on her head. So he said: “Mama, keep the load down.” Mama answered: “But, I am the one you are lifting, not my load.” This is how many of us relate to Jesus. We think that we are the ones who have been lifted by Him to the joy of salvation and that our burdens are untouched and remain intact.
This is why such Christians die in the wilderness like most of the children of Israel. They keep struggling against the flesh, until God says: “You have done enough, come up.” Such people never really lived in victory. They never really got to live the kind of life God wanted them to live. This is why the devil is so successful in what he does to many believers. They are still living wilderness life. They have not left that stage of struggling with God. It is sad that many believers end their journey at this stage. Is it not instructive to note that it took one night to get the whole of the 6,000,000 Israelites out of Egypt, while it took 40 years to get Egypt out of them?
The Bible commands that you cast your burden upon the Lord. He cares for you and shall sustain you. You shall not be moved.

MORNING
- O Lord, fill them with bitterness and let them be drunken with wormwood.
- O Lord, break their teeth with gravel stones.
- O Lord, cover them with ashes.
EVENING
- Lord, remove their souls far from peace and let them forget prosperity.
- I crush under my feet all the evil powers trying to imprison me, in the name of Jesus.
- Let their mouth be put in the dust, in the name of Jesus.
- Let there be civil war in the camp of the enemies of my _ _ _, in the name of Jesus.
