TOPIC: Changing The Unfit Garments (Mountain Of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM Daily Devotional 4 October 2018)
FIRE SCRIPTURE: Genesis 41:11-14
MEMORY VERSE: “Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.” – Isaiah 52:1
The MESSAGE:
God is interested in what we wear as garment. This was demonstrated when He insisted on the type of garment the priests should put on. Also, women are not to wear anything pertaining to men neither shall men wear anything pertaining to women: for all who do so are abomination unto God (Deuteronomy 22:5). We are beautifully and wonderfully made, meaning that God did not send us to this world spiritually naked. He put on us a beautiful spiritual garment that physical eyes cannot see which is why newborn babies are always beautiful. When you uproot a tree, the garment of the tree, that is, the greenish or colourful leaves on the tree, has no reason to be there anymore. It has to dry up and die. So also, when the destiny of a beautifully and wonderfully made child or person is uprooted by the enemy, the beautiful garment on him or her will either dry or die or be removed (stolen) and taken away which summarises the ministry of the devil (to kill, to steal and to destroy). This is because every beautiful spiritual garment on you has your destiny as its root. The devil can remove the beautiful spiritual garment on a person and replace it with a dirty one. The kind of spiritual garment on you (there must be one) symbolises where you are coming from and where you are going to (when you are seen spiritually, the enemy knows who you are). Whatever is the pattern of darkness in your life, which you do not want, or is unpleasant to you, could be a symbol or signal of the type of spiritual garment on you. Life is in stages; what you are today is not the final stage of your life and not your final bus stop. The spiritual garment on you determines your next stage. You can experience a new life when the old life is cast away through prayers. You can also experience a new beautiful life when the dirty garment on you is cast away or set ablaze through prayer and repossess your new beautiful garment. Only then can you be repositioned to your original destiny.
We prayed for a sister sometime ago whom the enemy refused to allow to get married. The prayer was changing of the dirty garment. She prayed through, and an old woman in her father’s house had to die. Later, she had a revelation in which she saw herself in a wonderful purple beautiful garment and a young girl was with her begging her and crying for the beautiful garment on her. She refused to give the young girl, even when she offered money to the girl to buy another one. The girl refused the money and insisted on the one on her. This means that the younger witch wanted the garment back. Glory be to God, she refused and her life never remained the same after that. In Genesis 14:14, Joseph was brought out of prison and his life never remained the same. So also were blind Bartimaeus and Ruth. What are you passing in your business, career and marriage? What is the great burden you thought about throughout the night? What is the great unpleasant situation you are waking up with this morning? You may only need to pray and set unfit garment on you ablaze for you to get there. Pray the prayers vigorously and the Lord shall answer you speedily, in Jesus’ name.

Every garment of shame the enemy puts on you shall catch fire and the Lord shall put on you the garment of beauty and honour.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
1. Father, I thank You because You can change all bad situations to the best, in the name of Jesus.
2. Powers behind hardship, suffering, lack, and non-achievements in my life, die, in Jesus’ name.
3. Powers that had removed my spiritual beautiful garment and had replaced it with the garment of shame, release my beautiful garment and die, in Jesus’ name.
EVENING
4. Satanic garment from the pit of hell weighing my life down from progressing, I tear you by fire, I pull you off, in Jesus’ name.
5. Every rag of poverty in my family line inherited from my parents, I tear you off, in Jesus’ name.
6. My Father, change my lineage spiritually after the order of Ruth, in the name of Jesus.
7. My life, march on and let no gate of hell prevail against you, in the name of Jesus.
