24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
MESSAGE
I have heard many ministers preach about the power of prayer, methods of prayer, types of prayers, and the positions to take when praying. However, the sad truth is that many of them do not pray. I know this because whenever some of them share their problems with me and I ask, “Have you prayed?” Some will say, “Daddy, I just need your counsel and help.” I often respond by telling them that the reason their problems persist is because they are talking to everyone else except God.
I am a true testimony of the fact that prayer changes anything and anyone. I used to be a very difficult fellow until my wife started praying for me every day: she would cry to God to change her husband. Eventually, God arrested me, and I totally surrendered my life to Him.
Are any of your parents misbehaving, or is your teacher making school difficult for you? All you need to do is open your mouth and pray for them every day. Instead of worrying and crying, speak to a spiritual elder for godly counsel, and go on your knees to pray because with God, nothing is impossible.
PRAYER POINT
Go on your knees now and mention your heart’s desires to God.
