Topic: Get more Educated [Tuesday 3 November, 2015]

“And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.”-Proverbs 24:4

There is no difference between the brain of the white and that of a black or yellow man. The same God who made the successful also made you and He is an impartial God. The only difference between success and failure is your level of exposure and how willing you are to adapt and accommodate the changes around you.

By the grace of God, I was the first full-time typist of our ministry. All I knew then was how to type with a typewriter. However, as the ministry kept moving forward and technology began to change, I knew I had to upgrade my skills. I had to learn how to use the computer and that enhanced my relevance in no small way.

No matter your level of education right now, you need to upgrade. You can sharpen your knowledge by getting more educated in your chosen field. Times are changing and so must you. If you still want to remain relevant, you must flow with the positive changes of your time. Refuse to allow opportunities pass you by, while you do nothing about them. Strive for relevance by your continuous learning.

You must understand however that getting educated involves investments and sacrifices. You must invest your time, resources and energy on things that matter most in life. When you read about great men, the kind of clothes, shoes and material things they possess are not mentioned. It is their impact that matters. Therefore, today, seek importance and invest in relevance. You shall succeed in the name of Jesus Christ!

Remain Blessed!
