Thought For The Day: Every Divine provision attracts a human condition.
Our God is a God of open doors. He has the capacity to open all kinds of doors. This is why we call Him Jehovah Open Doors. God is willing to open closed doors for us.
However, it is important to know that God does not just open doors; every Divine provision attracts human condition. It is when you apply the relevant key to open doors that doors will open for you.
Now, one of the keys to the opening of doors is unhidden public representation of God. This means refusing to deny God’s Name publicly as a Christian. This is when one makes it clear to everyone that one belongs to God. When you do this, God will open doors for you where you are.
Now, what does it mean to represent God publicly?
a) It means to stand for God
This means making people identify you with God. When someone asks, ‘Is there any child of God in this office?’ people know who to call. As a matter of fact, you are such a genuine Christian that people may even call you a pastor because of your relationship with God.
b) It means speaking on behalf of God
It means making your voice heard for God; speaking on behalf of God to your generation. That was what Elijah did (1 kings 18:22).
c) It means defending the cause of God
That was what made David to confront Goliath. It is to stand in defence of the cause of God even if it involves facing deadly situations (1Samuel 17:26).
Beloved, God will open doors for you if you can stand for Him, speak and defend His Name. Endeavour to make up your mind not to hide your identity as a Christian.
Remember this: Every Divine provision attracts human a condition.
Assignments:
1. Make up your mind to defend God’s Name publicly wherever you find yourself.
2. Do not keep quiet when people speak against God’s Name in public places.
3. Endeavour to preach God’s Word in public places.
Prayer: O Lord, I ask for the boldness and courage to defend Your Name no matter the situation. Help me to stand and speak for You in public places, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
