Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
Our anchor Scripture reveals the strategic importance of knowledge. When Solomon needed men of expertise, the king of Tyre, Hiram, did not just send anyone; he sent those who had the knowledge of the sea.
Now, what does it mean to be knowledgeable?
- To be knowledgeable is to possess insight in the area of your assignment. Knowledge is what makes an insightful doctor, an insightful lawyer, an insightful estate practitioner, etc.
Whatever your assignment is, you must have deep insight into it, and that is what makes you stand out from the rest.
- To be knowledgeable is to be a master of your game or art.
Knowledge positions you in the realm of mastery of your assignment or occupation. - To be knowledgeable is not to be a novice or a rookie in your field of endeavour.
There are so many people doing things they know nothing about, yet they want to succeed. There are people who usually sign documents that they have not read. No one reads those documents for them, and they are wondering why they get into trouble.
Many years ago, I was at the Wuse Area of Abuja. Someone came around to market a product to me, and I asked him: “What is it?” He was not sure. I asked him another question: “What does it do?” He couldn’t explain. I proceeded with another question: “Have you used it before?” He said he had never used it. Then I said, “Okay, see you later.” Of course, you cannot ask me to buy from you what you know nothing about.

Now, how do we become knowledgeable?
- By Information and Education.
Make up your mind to develop yourself through continuous study and training. - By Mentoring and Role Modelling.
You should seek to be mentored by someone who is ahead of you in your chosen field of endeavour. - By Learning on the Job
That is, experience gained through repeated action.
For example, I use my experience on previous crusades to know exactly what to do in the next one for greater impact. That is, I learn from my own experience, what to do next time in the next programme.
Beloved, your worth and value are enhanced by your level of knowledge. Be a steadfast, ardent and continuous learner in the school of life.
REMEMBER THIS: Your worth and value in life are enhanced by your knowledge.

- Identify your area of assignment and commit to learning it to enhance your proficiency and impact.
- Invest in books, courses, and trainings to sharpen the edge of your knowledge.
- Connect with relevant mentors and role models.
