SCRIPTURE: Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. – Acts 10:34
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The generosity of God has universality of applicability.
Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2026 MESSAGE
God’s love and generosity towards man are universal in scope; He is the God who does not discriminate or show partiality.
Acts 10:34 says, Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.
We are dealing with a God who will not discriminate against people on the grounds of ethnicity or even religion. For example, we have had people of other religions healed of diverse afflictions in our services even when they were not yet professing Jesus. God does not discriminate against people on account of their gender or educational status.
Some people may say, “If I was more educated, maybe God would have helped me more. Maybe if I was from such-and-such kind of place…” No. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him…” That is, whosoever, from any part of the world, that believes in Him.
When Jesus was born, God went to wise men in the East to reveal to them the birth of His Son. Then He went to illiterate shepherds in Israel to reveal the birth of His Son to them as well. He was showing everybody: “I am for you. I am here, and I belong to all.”
God does not belong to men more than to women, or vice versa. He belongs to everybody.
When the message of the resurrection was to be announced, the first messenger of the resurrection was a woman, Mary. Jesus revealed Himself to Mary first. Both men and women are relevant in the agenda of God.
Beloved, don’t ever let any devil deceive you into thinking that God loves someone else more than you, irrespective of their colour. Everyone has the same privilege of relationship with God.
That was why the veil of the temple was torn in two at the death of Jesus Christ, so that it was not only the high priest who could enter the Holy of Holies once a year. The veil is now open.
Understanding that God loves you in particular, in a special way, can change your life.
Beloved, the generosity of God has universality of applicability. God’s love is universally applicable to mankind. You have the privilege of connection to God like anyone else. God loves you particularly, specially.
REMEMBER THIS: The generosity of God has universality of applicability
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Appreciate God today for His universal love and generosity towards you.
- Refuse every thought that makes you feel that God loves others more than you.
- Approach God with boldness of righteousness and with the audacity of faith knowing that the veil is now open and you have the privilege of connection to Him.
PRAYER: Father, thank You because Your love and generosity are universal in application. Help me to understand that You love me in particular so I can approach You with confidence, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
