In the body of Christ, every gift is given to edify the Church. It must be use to profit and promote God’s kingdom here on earth. The Bible says, everything we have is giving by God. But it’s so unfortunate how many when they’re looking for a favour from God, they seek Him fervently without stop. They look for Him everywhere anywhere, but immediately they have gotten what they want, they turn their back on Him, they desert Him and lean on the gift God has given to them and forgotten the giver – God.
Their words would now be full of I, I, I, I and I. They’re no longer different from Lucifer who God so much decorated, he allowed pride to enter him and wanted to become like God, he was robbing shoulder with God because he felt he has everything. Until he was brought down low. You must know that the giver (God) is greater than the gift. He gave you the gift, if you fail to honour Him and keep seeking Him, He reserved the right to withdraw the gift from you. Don’t depend on the gift and forget the giver, always depend on the giver to keep nourishing your gift.
