I really want you to understand what God is doing in these last days and what the adversary is also doing. It is very important for you to know that the Church of Jesus Christ is never going to lose this war. If you do not believe me, go and read the last book of the Bible. Then you will understand the place of the devil. God is not in contention with the devil. The devil is already a defeated foe. When Jesus rose from the dead, He declared it boldly. No one has ever said that except Jesus. And no other people have said that except us, who are also the Body of Christ. He said ‘all power is given unto me in heaven and on earth.’
Whatever power that exists belongs to Jesus. So the Church is not powerless. No matter the battering and the difficulty the Church may be going through, the Church is still the answer to the challenges of this life. The Bible calls us the light of the world and the salt of the earth. If the world is as bad as it is today, can you imagine what it would be without the Church? Can you imagine a situation where there are no churches in this country, the type of country we would have had?
At times, some people think that the problem we have in this country is the Church. It is not the Church! As a matter of fact, the Church is proffering the greatest solution than even the government. I have never ceased to wonder where this nation would have been without the Church. We must keep shining as the light that we are.
