Topic: Your Redeemer Is Alive and Strong [TREM 6 October 2018 Daily Devotional]

All through the scriptures, you will find out that the Bible talks about our Redeemer. He is not a weakling. Our redeemer is strong. Your redeemer can be touched with the feelings of your infirmities. He can identify with where you are. He knows the tears you shed in the early hours of the morning and late hours of the night. Your Redeemer knows the hairs on your head. He knows everything about you. And not just that He knows, the Bible says, He is a strong Redeemer. Glory to God! When Job was passing through severe challenges in life; he had difficulties which he couldn’t explain. At a point, he said to himself, I can’t explain what’s going on with me, but there is something I know: I know my Redeemer lives {Job 19:25}. My Redeemer is alive and not dead. He can feel what I feel. Child of God, I don’t know what your challenge is, but one thing I know is that your Redeemer lives. When we are talking about a Redeemer, we are talking about a Person who has the capacity to bring you out of your situation. When you are in a difficult situation and you cannot find your way out, He knows what it will take to get you out of the situation. If it is money, He will pay it. If it is His life that should be given, He is ready to give it. There are three qualities a redeemer must have: 1. He must identify with you, that is there must be a connection, and link between you and him. 2. He must be willing to do it. 3. He must have the capacity to do it. I am glad that Jesus Christ, your Redeemer, has all these qualities. And He put His life on the line to redeem you. Praise God!
