Topic: It Is Already Settled [TREM’s Daily Sunday February 4, 2018]

“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:” Isaiah 46:10 (KJV)

In man’s economy, you start from the start and finish. But in God’s economy, you finish before you start. He shows you the end before you start. The reason is that now that you know the end is glorious and colourful, no matter what you experience on your pathway you are not considering it because you already know the end. It is like going for your last examination in the university and then your dean tells you that you have already passed with a first class. And he added that not only will he show you the way but he will also walk you through the exam. While others take the exam wondering if they will pass or not, you have already known that you have passed. That’s how it works in God’s economy.

The word of God is meant to show you that you have already succeeded. Then you stand on it. And when you stand on it, it will change your circumstance. That is how it works in God’s economy. While in man’s economy you are told to go take the exam after which the examiners will now sit, mark, and decide which grade to give you. In God’s economy, He grades you first class honours and when you accept it then the Holy Spirit now steps in and helps you to get it.

Often, we want to know how it will work out. That is none of your business just let the Holy Spirit do His job. We pray, we claim the scriptures and go ahead to use our own hand to spoil things. Take your hands off the steering and let God drive. He knows the destination. He will take you there.

You will be surprised how many destinies that have been aborted because we are too preoccupied with the happenings around us. The happenings around you will change. They are subject to change. Your positioning does not change because forever His word is settled in heaven. His Word is unshakeable, immovable and irrevocable. It gives you stability. Therefore, God wants you to reckon more on your positioning as revealed in His Word.
