“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV)

Yesterday, we looked at relying on God. Beloved, it is not a difficult thing for God to lift up His children beyond their wildest expectations. As you know, God is able to exceed your expectation, but when He blesses you, you must NEVER forget the reason for the blessing.

Before you think this is an obvious fact; beloved, you will be surprised by how many people make excuses regarding their commitments to God the moment they taste a little success. Suddenly, all that they held sacred becomes unimportant to them. Church attendance becomes reduced to “only when able”. They suddenly value their time of rest and can no longer ‘inconvenience’ themselves for the service of God. Beloved, how can God trust you with much if you are already making excuses with the little in your hand? He said His eyes are going back and forth the whole earth seeking for those whose hearts are upright towards Him because He wants them blessed. Will He find your heart upright towards him?

I perceive God will want me to reiterate it and so I have brought it up, again and again, this year because God is set to put money in the hands of believers in an uncommon way. Why? It is simply because the wealth transfer is about to happen. God is positioning His children to be the funnel to receive the money, but there will be no point transferring the money if His children too will not use it for the Kingdom. That is why He is drawing our attention to the Kingdom again and again.

Are you willing to make yourself a conduit through which His blessing will flow? Beloved, make a conscious decision and settle this once and for all in your heart that no matter the wealth that comes your way, God will remain a priority in your life.
