Getting wisdom is the most important thing you can do! (Proverbs 4:7 TLB)
We all seek promotion and success in all our endeavours; many are yet to come to the realization that man is never dependable and will always fail. This brings the essence of getting wisdom to light. Every man is where he is based on the amount of wisdom he has gathered, and are in operation in his life.
True wisdom can be found in God’s Word (Psalm 75:6-7). The Bible records men like Joseph, Daniel, David and Samuel, who were great men of wisdom. The wisdom they displayed set them apart from their peers. Wisdom distinguishes you. It sets you up on a higher pedestal from your peers. Wisdom is principal to your success (Proverb 4:7). Wisdom was key to Joseph’s uplifting when he was in Egypt. He could have enjoyed the pleasure of Potiphar’s wife and missed out on the glory of being the first Prime Minister in the world.
His challenges looked resistant to solutions, but his end was worth it all. Divine wisdom is important and can only be gotten by searching the Word. A man of God said “give God’s Word the deserved attention and importance and it will promote you to honour and glory.” With wisdom comes glory. God has made the wisdom bank available to anyone who wants to withdraw (James 1:5). God’s Word is His wisdom bank. Go to the Word and withdraw the amount of wisdom you need.

Dear Lord, thank You for Your Word. I receive grace to search and understand your scriptures. As I apply them to my life success is guaranteed, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
