A Promise For You From Bible Promises:

Topic: Confident In God’s Word

Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me. Acts 27:25

In his voyage to Rome, on getting close to Crete, there came a storm called Euroclydon that took over the ship and eventually left them shipwreck on the island. In the middle of the storm, all hope that they should be saved were lost totally. Though Paul was in the same ship but was peaceful and confident that they would arrived safely in their destination. He exhorted the crew members not to be afraid and that they will not lost their lives because an angel of God whom he served has told him that. The crew lost appetite for food but Paul encouraged them to eat so that they can have strength to continue the journey. They were encouraged and took meat and ate. Acts 27:1-36.

In spite of the storm, Paul was calm and peaceful because of his trust and confident in the Word of God the angel told him. He knew God can never fail those who trust Him. Whatever you are going through in life, the voice you hear and where you place your confident will determine whether you will come out alive or dead. David said, I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. Psalms 121:1-2. Trust Him

* Your Salvation, deliverance, safety, promotion, good health, protection are all in the Lord, look up to Him today.
