Topic – Heart: The Engine Room Of Life [07/03/2017]
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23. Read: Matt 15:18-20
The heart is one of the smallest organs of the body but the most important part. It so important because it controls the totality of a man’s life. Therefore, the clarion call to handle and take care of your heart like an egg cannot be overemphasised. Your success and your failure in life depends solely on the conditions of your heart, therefore, God said, Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. God knows that you cannot control your heart and life in this evil world, He said in Pro 23:26 “My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways”. Because, it’s your heart that controls your eyes.
Jesus taught extensively on the feeding conditions of your heart. Your heart is liken to the CPU (Central Processing Unit) of your life. It processes what you feed on and brings out the results. When you feed on garbage, it will bring out garbage. When the engine of a Vehicle is not well taking care of, it will knock and seize to work. Your heart is your life, handle with care.
