While I was having my bath, my brother came to meet me and said, “I want to tell the world that life is sweet when you have money”, I quickly corrected his wrong notion and said, no, “life is sweet only when you have Jesus”. This is nothing but the truth of the matter. The world might be sweet, but it sweetness can only be juiced out totally in Christ Jesus, else, one would experience it bitterness. You can juice the sweetness of life out only with Jesus, not with more money, more wives, fame and power as many think.
The world that is a battlefield cannot suddenly become a sweet place, it’s problem-stricken. Job confirmed that, Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble. And Jesus said, in Me you shall have peace. In the world you will have tribulations, your heart will be troubled and afraid: but don’t be afraid, I have overcome the troubles of the world. This means, you don’t have to live in fear because Christ has paid the price. But the freedom from fear and trouble Christ offers is only to those who have identified with Him, so if you’ve not identified with Him through Salvation, give your life to Him now to enjoy this peace of God.
